Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
The Service operates solely as an automated indexing and discovery tool and does not host, store, transmit, or control the underlying third-party content referenced by indexed entries.
Lust Zone respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Lust Zone will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement relating to material referenced by the Service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent, identified below.
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements relating to indexed references on the Service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”)
To file a proper DMCA Notice, please provide the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material: Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including at a minimum, the URL of the indexed reference on the Service where such material may be found.
- Contact information: Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address, so that we may contact you.
- Good faith statement: Include the following statement: “I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law.”
- Accuracy statement: Include the following statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
- Signature: Provide your full legal name and your physical or electronic signature.
Important: Misrepresentations made in a DMCA Notice may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please ensure that you have a good faith belief that the content you are reporting is actually infringing your copyrights before filing a Notice.

Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that material or an indexed reference identified on the Service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a “Counter-Notice”) by submitting written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- An identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury by you that you have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
Timeline: Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice. The original complainant will then have ten (10) business days to notify us that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity. If we do not receive such notification within that period, we may restore visibility of the indexed reference in question.
Repeat Infringers Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Lust Zone has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who repeatedly misuse the Service in violation of copyright law. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or deindex references from sources that are the subject of repeated valid infringement claims.
