Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Lust Zone (the “Service”). The Service is an automated content indexing and discovery engine operated by the entity identified in the Contact section below (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are not prohibited from accessing the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • Accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction.

If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate access for any user who cannot verify their eligibility.

3. Nature of the Service

Lust Zone functions similarly to a search engine or automated indexing system. The Service operates exclusively as an information location tool that indexes, organizes, categorizes, and facilitates discovery of references to third-party content available on the internet. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Lust Zone does NOT host, store, produce, or distribute any video or media files on its own servers.
  • Lust Zone is NOT a producer (primary or secondary) of any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
  • Lust Zone does NOT permit users to upload, store, publish, or distribute media content through the Service.
  • Content referenced by the Service is made available through references, hyperlinks, or other interoperability mechanisms provided by third-party platforms under their own terms and policies.
  • The Service uses automated systems to generate metadata — including titles, descriptions, categories, and tags — for the purpose of content organization and discovery.
  • Lust Zone does not review, select, or editorially control individual third-party media files prior to indexing, except for automated compliance, safety, and abuse detection.
  • The availability of any indexed reference depends entirely on the third-party platform that hosts the underlying content and may change or become unavailable at any time without notice from us.
  • Records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 are maintained by the respective third-party content producers and hosting platforms.

4. Third-Party Content and References

The Service indexes and references publicly available information made available by third-party platforms under their own terms and policies. With respect to such third-party content:

  • We do not control, endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for any third-party content referenced by the Service.
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, completeness, legality, or quality of third-party content.
  • The inclusion of any hyperlink or reference does not imply affiliation with or endorsement of the third-party platform or its content.
  • Third-party platforms have their own terms of service, privacy policies, and content standards that independently govern the content they host.
  • We make no representations or warranties regarding the practices, policies, or reliability of any third-party platform.
  • Your interactions with third-party platforms, including any transactions or disputes, are solely between you and the third party.
  • Content is made available through references, hyperlinks, or other interoperability mechanisms provided by third-party platforms.
  • If a third-party platform removes content from its servers, the corresponding indexed reference on the Service will cease to function; we bear no liability for such removal.

5. Service Interaction

Users may interact with the Service through its metadata, discovery features, bookmarks, preferences, and search tools. Lust Zone does NOT permit users to upload, store, publish, or distribute media content through the Service.

If you create an account on the Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Account features exist solely for managing personal preferences, bookmarks, search history, and discovery customization. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using the Service:

  • Access Restriction Circumvention: Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any age verification or access restriction mechanisms.
  • Scraping and Automated Access: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or other automated means to access, index, data-mine, or collect data from the Service without our prior written permission.
  • Service Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service or its underlying infrastructure, including through denial-of-service attacks, injection of malicious code, or excessive automated requests.
  • Circumvention: Attempting to bypass, remove, deactivate, or otherwise circumvent any technical measures we employ to protect the Service, including rate limiting, access controls, or content protection mechanisms.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • Illegal Use: Using the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or to facilitate any illegal activity.
  • Illegal Content Facilitation: Attempting to use the Service to distribute, promote, or facilitate access to illegal content.
  • Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or relationship with any person or entity.
  • Framing or Mirroring: Framing, mirroring, or otherwise reproducing any portion of the Service on any other server or internet-based device without our prior written consent.
  • Commercial Exploitation: Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or otherwise exploiting any portion of the Service for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who engages in prohibited conduct, without prior notice or liability.

7. Content Standards, Moderation, and Removal

Lust Zone is committed to responsible content indexing. Although we do not host media content, we maintain strict standards regarding the references we index and make discoverable through the Service.

7.1 Zero Tolerance for CSAM

We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any reference that appears to depict, promote, or relate to the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors will be immediately removed from our index and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, as well as to appropriate law enforcement authorities. We cooperate fully with all law enforcement investigations related to the exploitation of minors.

7.2 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) and Deepfakes

We do not knowingly index or make discoverable any reference to content depicting a real person in a sexual situation without their consent, including but not limited to: non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), so-called “revenge porn,” hidden or spy camera recordings, or deepfake/AI-generated sexual imagery of real persons created without consent. Reports of such content will be prioritized for expedited removal from our index.

7.3 Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with applicable law, we maintain a policy of terminating indexing from, and blocking access to, sources that are the subject of repeated valid complaints regarding prohibited content or intellectual property infringement. Users who repeatedly facilitate access to prohibited content will have their accounts terminated.

7.4 Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and organizations such as NCMEC in connection with any investigation related to illegal content. We reserve the right to preserve and disclose any information as required by law or as we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with legal process, enforce these Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Lust Zone, its users, or the public.

7.5 Removal and Deindexing

We reserve the right to remove, deindex, restrict visibility of, or block access to any indexed reference at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

7.6 Reporting Abuse

To report abusive, illegal, or otherwise prohibited content indexed by the Service, please contact us at [email protected]. We cooperate with trusted flaggers and recognized reporting organizations to expedite the review and removal of harmful references.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the website design, user interface, software code, automated metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, and categories), compilation and arrangement of indexed references, logos, and all associated trademarks and trade dress — are and will remain the exclusive property of Lust Zone and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any metadata entry indexed by the Service infringes your copyright, please file a notice in accordance with our DMCA Policy. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and other applicable law, Lust Zone maintains a repeat infringer policy. We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the indexing of references from sources that are the subject of repeated valid copyright infringement claims, and will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Automatically generated metadata may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrectly associated with third-party content. We disclaim liability for any errors in automated metadata.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Lust Zone, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:

  • The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location;
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected;
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components;
  • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements;
  • Any third-party content referenced by indexed entries on the Service will remain available, as such content is hosted by independent third parties and may be removed, restricted, or altered by its host platform at any time without notice;
  • The metadata, descriptions, or categorizations generated by our automated systems are accurate, complete, or current;
  • Search results or indexed references are comprehensive or exhaustive of all available third-party content;
  • Any third-party platform referenced by the Service will remain operational or maintain its current content policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Lust Zone, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party referenced by the Service;
  • Any indexed reference that links to third-party content;
  • The removal, unavailability, or modification of any third-party content previously referenced by the Service;
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your account information;
  • Any action taken by a third-party platform that affects the availability of indexed references.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lust Zone, ATMOS Digital Tech, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your misuse of the Service;
  • Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. We reserve the right to deindex, restrict, or remove any reference at any time without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
  • Any saved preferences, bookmarks, or account data may be permanently deleted.
  • We are under no obligation to maintain or provide access to any data associated with your account.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ATMOS Digital Tech is domiciled, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where ATMOS Digital Tech is domiciled.

14. Content Removal and Abuse Reporting

If you need a reference removed from our index, please use the appropriate channel below. We aim to review and process complete requests promptly and within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

  • Copyright (DMCA): Please refer to our DMCA page for instructions on filing a proper DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement. Include the specific URL(s) on our Service, identification of the copyrighted work, and your contact information.
  • Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) or Deepfakes: Email [email protected] with the subject line “NCII Removal Request.” Include the URL(s) of the indexed reference on our Service and a description of your claim.
  • Privacy Complaints: Email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Removal Request.” Include the URL(s) and the basis for your request.
  • CSAM: Any suspected child sexual abuse material should be reported immediately. Email [email protected] with the subject line “CSAM Report — URGENT.” All such reports are escalated to NCMEC and law enforcement without delay.
  • General Abuse: Email [email protected] with the subject line “Abuse Report.” Include the URL(s) and a description of the issue.

Incomplete requests may require additional information before processing can begin. We reserve the right to request verification of identity for NCII and privacy-related removal requests.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice through the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
